Twelve Days of Christmas - 2011

Crimbo

December was typically busy with parties and the likes. Two 40ths this year to get us all thinking about that inevitable milestone. Vanessa had her's where she had her 30th for added poignancy and I DJ'd on my iPad for the first time with Big Al. Angus then had another classic party down in the fields of Kent - iPad again and I think I played for about 7 hours solid! Finally we had the 6th Horrifix gig (at the Lexington) - great night and managed to sell 200 tickets and raise lots of money for Shelter.

Then, Charlotte and I headed off to France (Arçais) for five days to stay with her cousin Adrian, Murielle, Marion, Jacques and Nanette. Charlotte's parents and Aunty Kate and Bill came too. Lovely time - Arçais is a beautiful little village in the Marshes area - lots of lovely places to go on bike rides after cheese and wine consumption! More pics on FB...

Finally, back to Crowthorne to spend a few days and NYE with mum and dad. In between we went to Bournemouth and Mark and Heather's for a mamoth karaoke sesh!
